Fields of Faith

Fields of Faith is a student led event. Students invite, pray for, share with, and challenge their peers to read the Bible and follow Jesus Christ. The strength of this movement will be in the churches. Our message can be agreed upon by most of the evangelical denominations. What is that message? We are Christ-centered and Bible-based. The Bible is God’s Word and will guide you to a meaningful life if you follow it with all your heart, soul and mind, and Jesus is the only way to God. If the rally is viewed as a one denomination event, it will be severely limited. This is one of the reasons why we suggest that no youth ministers or pastors speak at the event if possible. We want the rally to be neutral in its location and program. There needs to be an attempt to promote the rally with all Christian churches.

CG2 5K Partnership

First ever CG2 Community 5K. Camp Gladiator Bastrop County and Community Gardens are teaming up to provide a morning of fitness, food & fun for the community of Bastrop County! Join us Saturday, August 17th for an all fitness level 5K, where no one will judge you for walking a little!

All proceeds will benefit two very special charitable organizations:

CG Victory

Feed the Need Missions will be joining them for a fun day! Come see us at the event and help us raise money.

Registration is $25 per participant. Registration includes our one of a kind race t-shirt and an exciting swag bag with coupons and more!!

Strong Families Initiative

Healthy Kids Day

Bring your kids to the Bastrop YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day event for a fun run and other fun activities! It’s a free event at Bob Bryant Park and is sure to be a good time for the whole family.
