Pray With Us: Wrestling in Prayer
“Epaphras, who is one of you and a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings. He is always wrestling in prayer for you, that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured.”
~ Colossians 4:12
As Epaphras wrestled in prayer for the Colossians we ask that you would pray for us to fulfill our purpose and calling. We need intercessors, we need you to pray for us as we continue to reach the people that Jesus has called us to reach.
As you intercede in prayer for us this month, pray for us in the following areas:
- Pray for our leadership teams, our staff, and our board. That God would protect us as we go out into our communities, meeting people where they are and sharing the Good News with them. Pray for wisdom and discernment in not only ministering to those we encounter, but also for where God has us going next. Pray for us as we grow and develop new leaders as we prepare to reach more people, communities, and states.
- Pray for the people that show up to our sites each week. For their hearts to be softened and receptive to receiving the Gospel. Pray for their physical needs to be met as well as their social and emotional needs. Pray for those that are dealing with addiction, isolation, homelessness, hurt, and that they can find rest and salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Pray for provision. As you know it takes time, money and resources to operate a ministry. God knows exactly what we need and we are trusting Him to provide for those needs. So we ask, that you pray for provision and that God’s will be done and that He would do far more than we could hope and imagine for His glory.
